Then there's that one song...

I admit that I'm a compulsive "checker". I check KDP for sales. I check Amazon for new reviews. I check my kid's school website for new information. I check iTunes for new music. This "checking" is a daily thing that I am completely aware of being compulsive about but I don't feel it does anything more than keep my ego in check. (see what I did there? LOL)

So I was checking iTunes this week for new music and it was a fine week for that. New Bon Jovi, new Buckcherry; New Rob Thomas, new Roman Scott, new Symphony X, and new Disturbed... all great new albums that made me very happy and my iTunes account very slim. LOL I got so many awesome songs that I just can't say. ♥ But one song smacked me upside the head and literally shoved me into the deepest recesses of The Crazy Mountain Series and subsequently, The Picture of Love Series... you know, my Green Brothers Novels. The Light by Disturbed speaks so strongly and beautifully to my heart and my characters that I've been struggling to find time to actually write with all the other stuff going on around me. The thoughts, the feelings... the words just won't stop and if I didn't have nerdlings, I'd be so deep into a binge writing session that I wouldn't know what day it was. I hope that you'll take a moment and listen to this song... it's stunning. ♥ (Hint... click the picture of the Crazy Mountains.) ↓↓↓
