The faster I go, the behinder I get...

I am so behind right now, it isn't even funny. I survived my first and second author events... YAY! There were some awesome points and some major flops but I got to meet some new readers, meet Retta and Jen, two of my dear Facebook friends, and share some awesome huckleberry bonbons. It was a massive learning curve and a harsh push out of my comfy spot. LOL

Now I'm playing catch up, trying to get my bills, nerdings, and life back into its normal groove. UGH Nothing like getting out of whack. LOL I'm also trying to get back into that writing swing and such... who knew that two weekends away from home could be so disrupting.

The behinder I get, the worrieder I am.

I don't handle being out of whack and off-balance well. I feel much to weird. So I will continue to endeavor to regain that sense of calm normalcy. Please stand by... ;-)

Pardon me while I ramble... ;-)

So, as many of you know, I'm getting ready for the Passion in Portland event (9/12) and the InD'Scribe Author & Reader Con (9/17 - 9/20). Because of this, I've been a tab busy and a bit neglectful. I'm terribly sorry about that. However, I think everything is getting put together. Books have been ordered and have arrived. Swag is all here. The huckleberries have been ordered and will ship next week... yes, I'm going to treat my visiting friends to a huckleberry. ;-)

But as I've been getting ready, I've been up to some other shenanegans. I polled my readers on Facebook out of sheer curiosity... because I'm like that. LOL Did you know that of all my romance novels, This Crazy Love (the first of the Crazy Mountain Series & a Green Brothers Novel) and Into the Heart of Desire (the first of the two Heart's Desire Books) were voted at the best romance novels out of the nine I've published? Wow! Two very different books set in very different places with extremely different characters. Who knew? I love getting feedback like this! It fascinates me to know which books are best received. ♥
